Such problems have already been reported. You can solve this problem by reinstalling the game app but your stored boosters will be lost.😔
Due to the slow internet, in some cases it may take a while for the avatar to load, but that should not be a problem for your game.😊
Also you can check by restarting the device😉

Hello Sukanta I did this and my game is now able to connect but I don't have pictures on my profile.
Please log out of your game app, update the and clear the cache, restart your device and log in again. It is a standard troubleshooting procedure.
