It's a Samsung J7 Android.
My profile pic is there which is said in previous message. If you look at screenshot there is nothing there apart from lifes.

I am so sorry for the late reply. I will give you some troubleshooting steps to try. Please note that the last resort is always to uninstall the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters collected as they are saved on your device's memory.
