I have been trying to login to the game for two months.Is there an issue on the develop missile? Please let me know something because I am losing patience as well as interest in the game and I am damn near to level 2000s so I would hate to give it all up
I have been trying to open Candy Crush Soda for a long time. I keep getting a Pink Screen or jumbled up colors. I have tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

You can click the link below to read more. While they work on a fix please try logging into your King account to save your progress.

just a thought. have you try to log in from different device since you are waiting for someone to fix the problem. you would not loose your level progress but you will not have the same boosters.

AFTER COMPLETING A CHALLENGE WHEN I GO TO CHECK PROGRESS IT KEEPS TELLING ME "NO INTERNET CONNECTION TRY AGAIN LATER" i AM CONNECTED AND CAN EASILY PLAY GAME JUST CAN'T GET CREDIT FOR TILES COMPLETED.ALSO NO TEAM IN UPPER LEFT CORNER.i DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER GAME. PLEASE ADVISE.

I think it is a problem that the studio is looking in to. Other players have same issue. No solution yet. Try different device and see. Or try log out, turn off device, and then log back in. Maybe?

I would also suggest the same as iPete but I have extra steps, which is shared by one of the members in this thread. Log out from your game, close all running apps, disconnect from your internet/data, restart your device, reconnect your internet/data, log back in and see whether you still have the issue.

When I complete Bubblegum Hill 5 levels and go to collect my unlimited lives reward, it states not connected and no reward is credited to my account. This has happened twice in the past 12 hours. Please advise
