Gold bars not received in purchases

Tonight I made two different purchases, both of which were supposed to give extra moves and gold bars. I got the extra moves but not the gold bars--I think I should have 20 more than I currently have. Please investigate and correct this. Thanks!

    I am so sorry you had this issue with your purchase 😔. Unfortunate we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, so please contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars" and they will be able to give you a solution!
