Why do I have to redo levels I've already done after the new update?
Level 2
I have been playing candy crush for three months and have moved up to level 257. I haven't had any problems with it until now. I have updated it then uninstalled it and it gets worse and worse. The latest thing is that it won't let me play ads to get powerups or if it does it won't let me use them. It's also trying to make me redo levels I've already done as a challenge which I have skipped out on because why would I want to redo them? Another thing is that it doesn't allow me to play ads to get hearts anymore and doesn't allow me to play ads to get more moves sometimes. Anyways please don't tell me to clear my cache if someone decides to reply to help me. I have done it numerous times, powered my phone off you name it. It's not just this app but other apps like google, google photos etc. aren't working right. I also have my gmail connected to my candy crush account to save my progress so it's not like I don't have it backed up. Here are a few screenshots of what I'm dealing with. I also don't have 50 gold bars I have 8 that i made winning races. I'm not going to redo those levels I just want this bug fixed as soon as possible. If it matters I have a Samsung J3 Prime. Thank you to whomever replies to me for their help because I really need it. Also your website is just as foolish as your app! I cant post screenshots on there because I'm a new member. Why is it anyone's business how long or how long I've not been on there dictating if I can or cant post screenshots. Stupid!

@angelkavele Hi and welcome, Sounds like you have done all the basic trouble shooting tips. can i first ask you to log out and restart your device and log in and then play a level and complete as sometimes it needs this to reconnect to the server correctly. If you are still stuck on level one please see post below for help on getting your levels restored

@angelkavele Hi, if you have played the level and it has not corrected itself, all you can do after the general trouble shooting tips is follow post above and contact customer support on getting your levels restored.
You could also if available try connecting to Facebook game and see if your levels are still saved correctly on another device.

Thank you all for your help! Everything has been resolved. It turned out that the new ads feature to get lives was a new feature that was temporary and the feature to get powerups through as someone had told me. It's fine as long as I got back to my original level because I have been playing candy crush since April. Anyways thank you all again and I hope you all have a wonderful day.
