Ll my boosters disappeared today

i dont remember the exact quantity but i had lots of them and only a few are left today

please check and improve this bug

Welcome to the community,

Very sorry to hear about your losd of boosters.

Actually boosters are stored in your device memory and not in the game application. Main reason to do so is that so we can play the game even if we are offline. So whenever we reinstall the game or change our device we bound to lose our boosters. Unfortunately it is not recoverable.

Only purchased boosters can be recovered through contacting support directly fron your game

@Annie1989 Hi and welcome. I am sorry to here this has happened to you. Can you firstly try to see if game is up to date, log out and restart your device . Then log back in

If playing through an internet browser also clear the cache / history and see if this solves your problem.

That happened to me too, I had so many boosters, over 200 colour bombs , colour candies and fishes, all gone. No point of reporting to support, they never follow up my email.

Sign out and then login again or clear the internal game data from the settings or the event may be late some thing because of the game updates policy and the new addition you have to wait a little because the game has some errors because of the many reforms, some features may not appear in time or may appear to the player without the other until On the same game
