@Chezzelski Hi and welcome, Sometimes when you reconnect you need to play and complete a level for it to sync to the server correctly. Try this and if it does not work please follow post from @kiara_wael on how to get your levels restored

No need to panic at all, dear Chezzelski 🙂 King team has changed their games a little bit. Because of that, when we log out of the game (from Facebook account or King account), we are automatically started at level # 1.

So, all you have to do is simply log in to the game again through your Facebook account details, and you will be back at your level 👍️

For me..on the first page there is a button " played before?" Click it and log in.

Log in to your Facebook account again and link the game to the account again to restore your level.
