I keep getting a message to update my browser. I've tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome with no luck.

It's a brand new laptop. When I get to the actual game, I only see blocks of color so am unable to play. Very frustrating since I recently bought boosters that included 24 hours of free play. I was unable to utilize it because of these issues.
