My character is not advancing on the map, even after I continue to play and beat levels further on the map. I have emailed twice for support but have simply received a form letter response on how to beat a level if stuck! I have cleared the app cache and rebooted my tablet, doesn't help. I am unable to open the gift bag with gold bars at the end of one of the episodes, too, because game is keeping my character still.
