I passed level 1037 but experienced error and was sent back help

I passed 1037 by buying an extra life. After winning I got an experience error message and had to reboot the game. When I got back to the game it sent me back to 1037. Since I paid to pass it I don't think I should have to win it again. Especially if I have to pay again. Please help.

That is really tough question to answer. you have to contact player support directly for a refund...that could take weeks/months if they even give you a refund. i personally move go. play the level again. this game has many glitches. you will see more of them ahead.

@Tena_Clark Hi and welcome, Unfortunately all that can be done regarding the level is you will need to complete it again but if you have made a purchase to pass the level and received an error please contact customer support from your game or use the contact us at bottom of the page ( you will need your game ID ) and they will help you with this

Very sorry about your unfortunate issue. The level unless fully registered as passed will not move forward. nothing can be done in this regard. Your only choice is to replay the level.
As mentioned above you can claim the refund by contacting player support directly from the settings of your game application.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
