Hi and welcome to the community. Very unfortunate and sorry about that. But community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues as it contains your personal information. You need to directly contact player support from settings of your game application. They have your purchase history and hopefully they will take an action in your favour. You may also contact them by below link.
You need your game id for this.

If not please follow the instructions above to contact customer support. The best way is through your game settings as it already contains your ID

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
