Paid and didn’t get what I paid for

for a promo, it was taken out my account and not given. Please Fix

    Hello @quitanaj Please try the standard trouble shooting - log out of the game, clear game cache, restart the device and log in to check if you received what you purchased for.

    If that does not help please email Player support directly from the game.Go to the game settings > Help Center > Purchases & Gold Bars > Contact us and send them an email. They'l help you retrieve incomplete purchases. Good luck!

    I have no idea about this , I'd probably just make a lot of noise till somethings done about it , Probably just make a report or something about it and wait if that doesn't do anything make another report. (Totally not an expert on this really just making a guess). Hope it gets fixed for you.

    If you have any problems with payments, you have to write to King Support directly. Either directly from the game or via the link

    @quitanaj Hi and welcome. Sorry to here you have had a problem with you purchase

    please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache and see if you purchase activates

    If your purchase is still not received

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
