Hi. I paid for the frosty festival but haven’t been able to unlock anything past level one because I can’t collect purple fruits or cupcakes if the game refuses to give me those, and at this point the continued refusal to give me the kind of games that I need to beat the frosty festival seems intentional. What happened to the Noble Path and why are you making it impossible for us to win the prizes we’ve paid for?

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

Hello, there is an option to replace the quest you think you can't complete every 12 hrs. So maybe you could have just done that and proceeded. Purple candies are found on very few levels. You could have just google which ones and replayed those levels.
