My levels are lost how I get them back

My Facebook account was hacked I closed that and opened new one now all my levels are lost have to start back at level 1 please fix and help me get my levels back

Hi @Ellen11 and welcome to Soda community :)

Your game progress and gold bars were saved with your previous fb account so a with new fb account the game will have to start back at level 1.

You'd need to contact Player Support and ask them to restore your progress manually on your new facebook account. Don't forget to let them know your new user ID so your game can be located.

to contact player support from soda app: click blue cogwheel - "?" button - "my game progress" . scroll down and click "contact us" then explain the situation and send.

I don't remember what level I was on it was in the 600_ 700 level please connect them manually for me please
