This evening 2/1/21, I purchased a bundle for $16.99 and I was charged $37.96! This was not the first time I was OVERCHARGED, but I am getting upset with this. Please correct and refund me.

@marylubell Hi and welcome, You have the information above if you have an issue with your purchase, but please bear in mind that some payment providers will roll multiple payments in to one. So would check with whoever you make payment with to see that this has not been done.
