@Andjelica Hi and welcome, Sounds to me like you accounts have become merged. If you have used the same device for both accounts and they become merged the Facebook account always overwrites the King account. All you can do is carry on with your Email account as it is or create a new king account and get your levels restored on this, but you can only get your levels restored no gold or boosters or lives

Hello and welcome to the Community @Andjelica Do you have a King account and a Facebook account? And you can’t log in to your King account anymore? Don’t you remember your password? With a King account you use an email address. So check this out to change:
