What happened to my unlimited time on lives and boosters

just before the game went down for the last 3 or 4 days, I had at least 3 days of unlimited lives that I paid for and I had over a thousand hours for boosters. Now they are all gone. What are you doing to give these items back to players. It is not our fault that we could not play the game and we should get our lives and boosters back at no charge. Please advise as I don't think it is fair that we have to pay for everything all over again for something that was King's fault.

@Julie_Carter Hi and welcome, If these items were purchased you will need to contact customer support and they will help you with these and the community can not deal with purchase or missing reward issues. Any free boosters probably will not be replaced but you may get a good will gesture
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
