can't connect

so I play three games only :Candy Crush Soda, on game 1273

Candy Crush Saga. on game 806

Candy Crush Jelly on game 172

I have not been able to connect to sign up and to save my games and now I can't sign in at all

if I reset these games I don't want to loose my games

please help

@anngw Hi and welcome, If you had a King or Facebook account your games and progress should be safe. if you did not you would need to contact customer support to get your levels manually restored

Turn the device off and on again. You can also disconnect the WiFi connection when the game is open and restore it after a short time. A new installation should be the last attempt. This will cause all boosters to be lost.
