Hi @TheFreak4House,

Depending on where or with whom you are signed in at, it will tell you this. For example on *Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App, if I sign out of *Facebook, can restart on *Level 1 with a *King.com sign in.

Once I sign back into *Facebook, get all my levels back. As long as you are signed into either of them, you are covered. Your levels are backed up by the Game Server.

As far as your screenshot, if the above suggestion by our @Nix66 doesn't work. Then you have either a *Device Issue or perhaps a *Corrupted Game File Issue. Might be your update didn't take well. It is pretty blank. No *Features or *Apps listed, other than *Yeti's Special Deal at the top. You mentioned the *BAC / Bake A Cake, which means you lost the *Soda Squad Team App also, since it is only available to team players.

On your *Device or the *Game, can see these posts:

Every *Device has an online guide to help you troubleshoot issues.

There are also *Reset Options available, that reset to the manufactures defaults, for *Devices. Have to check with your *Device Support Site, to see how, & what it does for or too your *Device!
