Why have my rewards disappeared?

the game kept asking me to log in to save my progress - I did and all of my pre-game and in-game rewards disappeared! Being at level 3100, I had accumulated a lot an never would have logged in if I had known I’d lose them all! Is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried to switch off/on your internet connection, log out from your account, restart device, log in, pass a level? if it's not a temporary connection issue then a glitch may have occured and deleted your boosters. Since boosters and lives are saved locally on your device memory and not on King servers, they cannot be restored, I'm sorry.

Hello @Hollister715 I don't think there is a way to get those boosters back 🙁. What about the level? Are you able to play at the same level?

I have had that happen to me before and like you, was unable to restore any of it. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. You would think that a company this big, with so many complaints would fix these glitches and make good on people's accounts. ESPECIALLY people that have made many many purchases. I am now on level 3160 and have spent a fair amount money myself. I didn't have to, it was my choice but like any other products you buy, if there is a problem, you should receive a replacement or a refund.

How frustrating! I tried all those steps but they’re not coming up so I guess they’re gone forever 😭😭 I’m at the same level as I was but I never would’ve logged in if only I’d known!
