Now it’s affecting my candy crush too
so it is something to do with a password connection
even though we managed to change the password

Sorry, I can't edit your own comment, you should see the gray cogwheel on the right side of your comment and find the "edit" function. Then you should be able to use the keyboard button that deletes text or click directly on the picture to make a bin icon appear.
As for the error issue, let's check these info too:
- you enter with your Facebook account credentials and red error message is affecting your soda app (and candy crush app) both on your iphone and ipad?
- what are the models of your affected devices?
- what are the OS versions of your devices? What is the version of Soda app?

@Nazzarena thanks, then they're definitely up to date.
Unfortunately that type of error can't be solved by troubleshooting.
We both suspect this arised from that change password going wrong. I really, really suggest you to contact Player Support using this link. Please give them all the details you wrote here and add your user ID. They have the expertise and tools to look inside your game.

king responded saying king is having connection issues
so let’s hope king will solve this problem

Thanks for reporting back, it's good to hear player support aswered.
If the connection problem is still ongoing, saving new progress on King servers, syncing it between 2 devices, gold bars use and events will still be affected.
So we can only be patient and wait for the fix from King and Facebook. After that you will be able to move forward
