I'm sorry to hear this happened. The community can't handle purchases issues and refunds since they contain sensitive informations but Player Support can.
If you play on mobile, your transanction history will be automatically accessible to Player Support. To cantact them, click cogwheel icon - "?" icon - "purchases and gold bars" - scroll down and click "contact us" - fill in the form and send.
