Sorry this happened. In this case I suggest you to contact Player Support to report this and hopefully get your rewards back since you never received them.
If you play on mobile, contact them directly from your game. Click: cogwheel icon - "?" icon - "purchases and gold bars" - "why haven't I received a purchased item" - then scroll down and click "contact us". fill in the form and send.
If you don't play on mobile please add your user ID in your form too so your game can be located faster. How to find your user ID here

I have just purchased an 8.60$ today 30/10/2021 the money has gone from my bank acct but I havent recieved my rewards 36hrs free 71 specials, another lot of specials for the game. have purchased off you ALOT lol and never had a problem I am in New Zealand by the way am an old age pensoner and your games keep me sane ....Thanks Dorothy
