Sorry to hear that. The community can't handle purchases and refunds due to the sensitive nature of the matter. But player support can 🙂.
To contact player support: click cogwheel icon - "?" icon - "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received..." - scroll down and click "contact us" . Fill in the form and send.
If you contact them directly from your soda app on mobile, Player Support can have access directly to your transactions history. If you don't play on mobile then follow this link directions.
