I didn’t get what I paid for.

I paid for the deluxe pathway, so far I’ve collected up to number seven. This was done on Tuesday, November 9. Yet, today November 11 and yesterday November 10 I cannot collect. It is asking me to pay again. I would like to be reimbursed or for the pathway to be opened.

    Hi @Alannaga1 and welcome to Soda community

    Players can obtain all the deluxe rewards if they complete all the quests available to unlock the 22 tiers and purchase the offer. If you played and arrived at tier 7, only deluxe rewards up till tier 7 will be available. the rest of deluxe rewards will be locked. To open the whole deluxe rewards path all the quests need to be completed.

    Are you able to get the rest of deluxe rewards if you play on and not pay twice?

    If you've already paid twice please contact Player Support as only they can handle refunds and payments issues. The community can't have access to sensitive information of the player.
