Hello and welcome to the Community @Sunny_Turner Since you don’t have problems with your mobile device it’s something how you play the game on PC.
If you play on king.com that could be the reason you have this error and the Studio is aware of this and trying to fix it. You say you have Win10, do you play the game with the app, because that shouldn’t give issues.
Go to the Microsoft store on your PC, download the app and choose to log in with your existing account.
