I keep getting the message "you have experienced an error we are working hard to fix"

I get it on different fb profiles also. All different computers I have tried (all Win 10), in Chrome, Opera and Edge. It's been going on for 4 days now.

I cleared cache and cookies prior to posting, and as stated tried different browsers. It is also happening when I try to play on King.com, so it's not just a facebook issue. Mobile works, but I prefer to play on PC.

Hello @Sunny_Turner have you try playing on windows app? Since they are working very hard to fix 🙄, try downloading an app from windows store.

Hello and welcome to the Community @Sunny_Turner Since you don’t have problems with your mobile device it’s something how you play the game on PC.

If you play on king.com that could be the reason you have this error and the Studio is aware of this and trying to fix it. You say you have Win10, do you play the game with the app, because that shouldn’t give issues.

Go to the Microsoft store on your PC, download the app and choose to log in with your existing account.
