why won't the game connect to the internet has been a problem for over a week now 12-12-21

Welcome to the Community @King3751 Let’s try some troubleshooting to see if you can reconnect to the game servers:
provided you saved your progress with a King or FB account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

I am having the same issue and have tried everything above to resolve it. Nothing has solved the problem.
It took 3 tries of following the steps and I was finally able to connect to the internet. Unfortunately it only saved my progress up until I was having internet issues, so I’ve been pushed back about two weeks worth of levels. Oh well. At least it’s working now.

Just came to see if anyone else was having problems. I guess I will wait until it fixes itself.

Please try troubleshooting steps as suggested above. Also check if Soda and your device are updated

- Are you playing on app or browser? on what device?
- Do you play with a King account or Facebook account?
