I only have 21 moves on game 1912. Shouldn't there be 35 moves?

This is windows 10 app from Microsoft store and level 1912 has 32 moves.

As mentioned above, levels get revised by the Game Studio all the time, depending on players' feedback about level difficulty. That's probably why this level underwent multiple versions.

It's possible your game is about to get an update soon (if you have already checked for updates) so that's great.

If you play on windows 10 app, check Microsoft Store for updates

If you play on Chrome instead, make sure your browser is updated. This site can confirm or not whether your browser is updated. You might want to consider downloading windows 10 app if you don't have it as it is more stable and has more features than browser version.🙂

You can also contact Player Support from here if you play Soda on browser, in case you need it 😀

I guess I should have mentioned I'm playing on Facebook. There is no "support" access on the game in FB. Not under the "gear" icon or in the lower right hand corner. I think there may be a glitch and I have no way to remedy the problem. I could be wrong but it appears there is no way to win the level with only 21 moves. @Nix66 @Pitty_Kitty

I figured you wouldn't be able to contact support in case you played on browser, that's why I gave you the separate link to contact player support in my previous comment. If you play on facebook you'd still need to update the browser you use to open facebook in order to update the game 🙂

winning that level 1912 with 21 moves will be hard but maybe not impossible. You'd still have the w10 app as solution (unless you have an older operating system than windows 10, in that case there's no app supported)

If you'd like to move to w10 app or mobile app please note Soda is progressively moving away from Facebook so less features will be accessible on app via Facebook log-in. But there's no need to worry as you can create a King account instead and sync it to your facebook account so you'll be able to retrieve all your progress and gold bars and keep playing with your King account.

To sync your accounts, simply create a King account first and visit king.com on pc/laptop. Follow these steps and you'll be all set 😀
