Game stops responding while playing

I'm playing candy crush soda in an android emulator but it hangs in the middle of game frequently and doesn't respond. and i have lost my progress more than twice (level >1000), I also have problem in logging in with my king account with that app, it shows it as invalid. Now what i have to do to solve both...

Hi Havish, i don't know whether they will be able to retrieve my earlier progress because no king account was associated with it.
