Facebook connection

I saved my game through Facebook and have been playing for years and today it says it can't connect. I have been knocked down to level 2. I was on level 1098. What's the problem is my game really gone

    Do you play on Facebook site on your computer?

    Or do you play on Soda app installed in your device and connected to your Facebook account?

    What device do you use?

    what it the operating system in your device? And what version do you have?( For example: Windows 10? Android 11? iOS 15.5?)

    Players have been reporting issues concerning Facebook recently. I'm gathering infos from the players but I don't have official infos on the problem and the fix yet. It may take some time.

    Hello @kellig

    Please check if this guide to see if it helps. It's safe to reinstall Facebook app but do not reinstall Soda app as it deletes your boosters.

    In case you don't know how to clear cache in Android: visit settings in your phone -visit "apps" - click "Candy Crush Soda" - visit "storage" - click "clear cache". Be careful not to tap on "clear data" as it deletes you boosters

    No that didn't work. It's still doing the same thing.

    One last thing to check, can you also verify that your FB permission are not expired? read here for more infos

    This way I know what didn't work and I can pass this problem on to community manager to see if there is another solution
