Level 1

I have no 4 in a row, no team, I got a notification saying new reward in the bakery but I still see this.

Also no episode race. I restart my tablet and it is still like this. I have updated as well I really don't want to uninstall and reinstall because my daily log in will start at the beginning

    Before resorting to reinstalling the app, let's try to understand what's the problem here šŸ¤—

    Do you see any connection error messages in login area and store area of Soda app?

    Do you use a King account to save your progress? If yes, then let's try all troubleshooting steps:

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *if you play on Android device, visit settings of device then: "apps"- "Candy Crush Soda Saga"- "Storage"- "Clear cache". Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
