Is there a delay with support getting back? I have messaged 2 or 3 times since Saturday with issues and no response

    Nothing from them at all to message's sent using my email linked to my account but funny enough they get the message from the email not linked to my account things that make you go hmmmm

    I am missing gold bars and game issues I need support but they are refusing to reply to me

    Hello again @jill40 You could try general troubleshooting👇:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Thank you for the letter of support, but I have not lost my boosters. I have lost all of my GOLD BARS and ALL OF THE LIVES friends have sent. Of course they can easily be replaced. But I worked hard to earn those GOLD BARS! HOW can I get those back?

    Sorry to hear you lost your gold bars. Did you try to log out the game, restart your device and log in? Please check if this brings your gold bars back. If not, I recommend contacting Player Support:

    If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. All you need to do is:

    - Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
