Am I about to lose money?
I purchased the Yummy Bag earlier today (£14.24) but, with over 20 hours of boosters remaining, you've run out of games. Can you confirm please that, when new games are ready, I will not lose any of my 20 hours as I have in the past when this has happened? I know I will lose any advantage I have in the weekly contests, Batula etc but I do not wish to lose money as well. Thank you.

When timed boosters are added to game, it's not possible to put the countdown timer on pause, unfortunately.
Since you've been able to use some of it, I'm not sure if it's possible to ask for refunds.
Please contact Player Support (customer service) for more information as community forum is not able to handle purchases issues or refunds 🙂
- 📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send. Player Support will be able to have access to your history of transactions.
