Hello I have been unable to play my game for weeks now due to your server issues I guess, I recall seeing other player complaints and thought it would be fixed. I tried yesterday and was prompted that all back ups with a Facebook account would be transferred to a King’s account, I tried to transfer and all to no avail, please I need this fixed and the account data transferred, starting over isn’t something I’d want.

I’m sorry to hear you are unable to play the game. I am not aware of any server issues, but there is a login error related to a certain region. Have you tried synchronizing your facebook account with a King account? Can you elaborate a bit more on your problem so that we can provide you with the right help?

You can sync on mobile, I checked on iPad and Android @Princi_monroe
You first have to create a King account as I mentioned in my previous comment.
Then go to the King website at King.com, tap on games
Log in at the top right, using your existing King account, not the Community account!
Tap on ‘settings’ (top right)
Tap on ‘Account’
You will be prompted to confirm your password
Tap the option ‘Score and progression sync’ (at the bottom)
and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.
