Earned stars not appearing - Level 2428 only
Hi there! For some reason, when I earn three stars on Level 2428, I am only credited with one star. My top score is 92k, well above the three star threshold, but every time I beat the level again, no matter what my score is, I am only credited with one star.
The first time I beat the level, I only earned one star. But in every other circumstance, on any other level, I was able to go back and replay the level until I earned three.
I know this doesn't seem like a huge deal but for the past seven years I have been trying to achieve a 3-star ranking on every level, so this hiccup is incredibly frustrating. Even though I know in my heart I earned three stars, not being able to correct this blemish is quite frustrating. Please help! :)

I went and checked this level both on my Samsung galaxy mobile and windows 11 laptop and yes, it would seem the level doesn't show 3 stars as it should π
I'll pass this on to community manager so this can be looked into
Would you mind adding these details in case Soda game studio needs them to investigate this problem?
- which device do you use to play Soda?
- which is the latest version of Soda app installed in your device?
- which is your game user ID? to find this number, tap twice on King logo you see at the top in profile settings in Soda app. More infos here

I tried and replayed level 2428. I did notice it took a while for the level to load π€. But in my game I do get the 3 stars. (I had 1 star and now 3 stars). I play on iPad. So I also tried on my Android phone (Samsung) and voilΓ 3 stars too π€

Note! I can see Kimmy hiding behind Piggybank and my phone has the latest app version 1.226.5 On iOS only Piggybank visible and I still havenβt received the latest version, so current version iOS is 1.225.3
