Prepaid debit card

I have a prepaid debit card that I use for this game. It has been preactivated but the system will not let me add the card. I have been trying for days, Who can I contact?

In-app purchases and payment methods are handled by your app store provider. For example, if you play on android mobile and your store is Play Store app owned by Google then you should contact Google support so they can help you out and let play store app add your card details 😀
