I don't mean teams advertised by the game, I mean teams advertised by community users in this community, they're many.
So you can check if these odd messages appear again in chat.
This is exaclty how I joined a team, through the community. It's easier to join them because you use a code. There are many teams on here so you may quit and join a different one until you're happy with it.
If you wish to play alone, that's totally fine too
Something to keep in mind: there are many players and not all of them are in the community and not all players will report a problem, they will ignore it.
Don't worry about it, some players may ignore issues if they're not too problematic but most players contact Player Support directly from the game to report a problem. That is the closest route. many players may not know the community exists.

I was talking about you leaving your team and then joining another team of other players in this community.
This way you don't have to wait and you can check immediately if the messages appear in chat because you don't have to wait for players to join your team 😉

These messages ("Hi. I joined the team") in your team's chat were not written by these players.
This is the standard message that appears in the chat when a new player joins the team. This is not a player writing, but the game notifies you that a new player has joined your team. The game gives you this message in the language you are playing in this game.
Therefore, you read all messages about the accession of new players in your native German language. But all these players are not necessarily Germans. And they don't know that you are German.
If a player decides that your team is not interesting to him, he leaves your team. But messages about the exit of the player in the chat are not published.
That's why you see players joining your team. But when they leave the team, you don't see it in the chat.
