    the cake event was supposed to give me 3 rainbow lollipops and it didn't. Two days later I got a banner in the game that said: "we're sorry you haven't received your reward, click for compensation", I did and it didn't give me anything. I use pc. Also at times the sound effect crosses itself out and also the level grid disappears when it should show where the Vampi reward or the chef's hat is

    Let's try to understand what's going on

    • Bake a cake is supposed to give 2 supersonic lollies and 1 tiny part of supersonic lolly. There are not supposed to be 3 fully lollies. If you completed all 3 cakes and didn't receive 2 supersonic lollies then please contact Player Support directly from your Soda app to ask for compensation. This community forum is not able to send refunds.
    • Soda Studio rolled out compesations for a different event called "Kimmy's yellow candy hunt" . Because of an issue on April 17th, players didn't receive their rewards from Kimmy's yellow Candy Hunt. Therefore a message appeared in the game saying "we're sorry you didn't receive your rewards, here's a compensation". the message doesn't say which kind of rewards. Rewards are added automatically to players' inventory without notifyng the player: that is why there's likely the impression that no compensation rewards have been given
    • I understand the sound disappears in the game, beside that, I'm afraid I don't understand the last part of your message so I invite you to share screenshots of the problem
    • I also kindly ask you to provide your gaming details so I can sent a issue report to community manager about the sound issue. Thanks

    How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form "events or features issues" - "I didn't receive my reward", explain your problem and send.

     I wrote here because I sent a request in the way you explain in this message, I explained that I use a PC and they answered me to close the applications in the background of my cell phone. And at the end of the mail it said that for more help visit the community through a link. I have a gaming pc with more than 600 gb of free storage. The only game that gives me terrible lag when there are special candies is this one, either sound glitches or reward glitches. The game is always up to date. It was running smoothly when I started playing it but after a few levels it started to lag a lot when I match special candies. About the cake, I completed it and he only gave me a lollipop, not 2 or a bit more. The prizes of the base of the cake if I received them. Another error is that a day ago, I think, the yellow candy event was no longer there, but every time I opened the game it showed me that the candy hunt had started. At the end of a level, the poster that shows the ranking of that event was not there. Then yesterday I think, I finished a level and the notice for the start of the candy hunt appeared and it did work, but it was announcing when it was not available. I already repaired the application from the options that windows 11 gives and it still has a lot of lag. What I say about the level grid that disappears is that when the game should show at which level I can collect the reward that Vampi leaves, the image advances and the characters are seen behind but the squares with the number of the levels are not visible, so I have to click on the x of the level that I am going to play and move the bar, so that it becomes visible there, in order to see at which level I will have the reward.     Thank you for providing more details. Since I don't have information of the conversation you had with Player Support, unfortunately I have to ask you things again otherwise I don't have a clear picture of the situation. Please provide:

    • what is the make and model of your PC?
    • What is your game ID number? HERE's how to find it

    Without these gaming details I'm not able to send a report to community manager and these issues you're reporting here can't be looked into.

    The previous round of Kimmy's Hunt was affected by issues (3 days ago)

    A new round of Kimmy's Hunt has started and from what we know, it's running okay. If you're noticing anomalies, please take screenshots of the event and post them here

    • The first picture represents terrible lagging in your game, correct? It takes time to upload your progress and icons of events, correct?

    Regarding this, did you check for Soda app updates in Microsoft Store? What is the latest update installed?

    • Is the second picture representing issues with Kimmy's Candy Hunt you mentioned in your previous post? which parts of this picture, exactly?

    This is how the game is "working". Not only is the cyan candy hunt announced and counted during the levels, but the ranking of who is winning is not in the game, but also, yesterday I had 6 ingots left but I won one of the races that give 15 first prize , I clicked on "get" and the next level that I couldn't beat for one play and I wanted to buy 5 extra plays for 10 ingots, the game showed that I had 6. In other words, it didn't give me what I had won. This works lousy, and when I went from the menu to "?" to report the "support", everything was blank, there was no option inside to communicate anything. Does anyone work on this app?
