the new way to request lives from friends, is a complete faiil. it's now impossible to get lives from friends, i haven't recieved any. i get 10-12 friends asking for lives & boosters and i send them, but mine goes ignored. since the switch, i have not received any

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with receiving lives from friends with the new system!
There might be a minor glitch in the system that is causing the lives not to be sent or received properly. Please try to play a level as that sometimes can solve the issue.
Remember, your friends need to accept your life request before you receive anything. I'd suggest reaching out to them and asking if they've seen your requests. If they haven't, you might want to try sending the requests again.

This update is extremely disappointing. It's ruined the ability for me to progress levels and enjoy the game.
