I'm really sorry to hear that you're not getting the extra lives you used to receive. That can certainly put a damper on your playing spree, and we wouldn't want that!
The new lives system is designed to allow players to send and receive lives from their friends. If you're sending lives but not receiving any, it could be due to a few reasons:
- Your friends might not be returning the favor. Maybe nudge them a bit to send some lives your way too? π
- You are running out of lives quicker than your friends can give you new ones
- There could be a delay in the system, or maybe a little bug causing the issue.
If you think there is an issue, please let us know and we can investigate it for you. If you think it's a bug or an issue, please also send us your playerID and information on what device you are playing on for us to investigate.

I am getting Zero even when friend said they saw my request and sent a life. That is a problem and a huge bug that needs to be fixed.

@Pitty_Kitty , this is not a problem with my device / connection to the internet/ version I'm playing...... this is a KING problem. See the other comments on the thread about lives and boosters! This is an ongoing issue throughout the CCSS system. PLEASE let them fix the bug before the weekend starts!

Of course it's a King problem, I never said otherwise.
Device, app details and ID players are important information when there's an issue to investigate, especially where there are not many players affected.
I normally ask the players unless CM says said infos are not needed because fix is already on the way.

Iβm beginning to feel the same way! I have got helper of the week for the last few weeks due to the number of requests for lives and boosters from friends that I have enabled and my requests keep timing out.

I have about 25 requests for lives and boosters but no one ever grants my requests. The first day or 2 one person gave me boosters, but since then nothing. I may be petty but I am not sending anyone the lives they request since they canβt bother to send me anything.
βI understand they want it to be challenging and get us shopping, but all it is really doing is making me look elsewhere for games.

The new "update" kills ALL fun of the game. This is not an update. This is a downdate!
