Yesterday I paid to unlock my Rewards Pass, knowing I had more than a day left. When I later in the day went to my game, I could not access the rewards I had unlocked. Then I passed the last level, and it changed to starting up a new round. I would like access to the rewards or my money back

I am so sorry to hear this. Normally, when you open the game and a new pass appears, you should receive the rewards you've unlocked but haven't claimed yet.
Please try to force close the app, reboot your device and log back in. Replay some levels and check the Rewards Pass.
