So I was at alost level 300. On a great team and I was logged into Facebook. My app accidently got deleted and when I signed back in with my Facebook all my data was lost and I have to start all the way at square one.

If you save progress with a Facebook account you might need to check your Facebook permissions because they expire after a while due to privacy reasons. If they expired, they might affect the update of your progress and friends list.

That's odd. Are you sure you logged back to the correct account that was saving your progress?
If an account is used to save progress and the game app was not displaying any connection issues you should be able to retrieve your progress once you log back in.
If you're not able to retrieve your progress when you sign in again, I advise to contact King Player Support and ask them to restore your progress
