Not getting my purchase

This is happening very often to me, i just bought 509 pesos on unlimited lives and boiosters for 48 and 24 hours and also 120 in glod and I didnt get lives nor gold, I have sent 3 emalis already and they dont ansewer at all neother fix my problem, this os frustrating and a FRAUD

    Does anybody knows how to get my problem solved? they do not answer my emails, this is really annoying

    I'm sorry to heat about this. Did you try to contact Player Support directly from your Soda app?

    • How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.

    After this step players always get an automated email first as a response.

    Please check your spam/promotions email folders to see if you can find it. Then reply to the automated email so a King employee can reach out to you

    yes I did, they gave me only 20 gold bars and that was it THIS IS A SCAM

    Then Player Support did reply to you. When you send them the purchase receipts they see the purchase lost items to replace and of course the items you do have in your game account. More infos here
