Hello, does anyone have a similar problem as me? In my shop, currently, the Gumball Goodies have disappeared, even though my Internet connection works well (I still can send lives to my friends, finished levels in Baking Cake, etc).
Same problem, I'm in the usa..i haven't seen them in a week..last time they were gone for one week n then i got them back..but nothing yet..i hope they bring them back, they are very helpful to me..bring back the gumball goodies!

Hi @astroparty79 I have the same problem and it must be a glitch. I live in Germany and had the chewing gum machine on all devices until the last update. After that, only on my Android phone. Today I suddenly had it on my Windows11 laptop. For that, it disappeared on my Android phone. Here's my screenshot of Win11 from today:

Hmm yea, I have 1 account on 3 devices, 1 window, 1 ios, 1 android, and on android I still have the gumball goodies, but on the ios and window I don't have
I live in the Netherlands. But maybe in your case it's a test or glitch 😅

It could be that the Gumball machine has been removed due to legal reasons in a country. (Unfortunately this is how it happened in my case) But it could also be that the Game Studio is running a test. We've already reported it, so the best thing you can do is make sure your game is up to date.

And yes I have everything else on my j7 except the gumball goodies,the event n the log in problem.. nothing else has disappeared..I will try it on airplane mode...it's just very strange cause I never had a problem before mid april..
The last thing you can do (particularly for the A54) is troubleshooting so that you hopefully don't have to log out and log in every time.
Troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Danishwolf... mine were gone for 3 weeks, u know how I got them back..u have to turn Airplane mode on...
Turn on airplane mode before u open the game,open the game when the game opens it'll say no connection, as ur in the game turn airplane mode off,wait like 15 seconds till it connects again then check the shop ur gumballs should be there..I told that to another person here n it worked for them too..I couldn't believe it that I actually worked..try it.. let me know if it works..yosca the soda moderator wrote that on another thread..
Oh darn. Guess it won't work for me then. I am on a tablet where switching on Flight Mode isn't possible to do, whilst I am in the game.

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
