Hello @Elleni39
I have lost my gumball goodies too since I have updated to 1.266.X. Gumball goodies becomes very unstable after this update, so I think the issue may arise from this version 1.266.X.
But I can recall my gumball goodies after I logout the game and then log in again. No crashing.

MY j7 supports the game up till I updated it to version 1.266.. now I updated again to version 1.267 n same thing..I've never had this problem with the j7,after the 1.266 update it started happening.. candy soda needs os 5.0 n up.. even on Mt samsung a54 same thing, the gumballs come n go ,the bee event too..it a problem on there side I think..

But @Elleni39 said she doesn't have upside down in April and bee season in May. If you have studied her case more detailed, you should not say, 'Random players and random devices may be part of a gameplay test'.
Her issue has appeared since April. All activities disappear one by one, and the diorama either.
Samsung A54 is more powerful than J7, but it still come and then gone after the 1.266.X update

Hi there @michimune
I replied to the players comment regarding the gumball machine (which is what this thread is about). It happens that the Studio does multiple tests with different devices and player groups. Not seeing certain Seasons can also be part of this. We have no information about this. There is a topic in Help Center: Why don’t I have a new challenge but my friend does
In addition, this is from the CM:
Off topic I can tell you that I (playing since 2015) have never seen ads, sometimes I don't see events and certain theme seasons.
Regarding the gumball machine (and bee event) come and go on 1 device @Elleni39 you could try this:
- Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- Cache: Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data!)
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updatesLast but not least, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
