My old tablet died. I want to transfer my progress on candy soda so tI dont lose years of play and all the money I have spent. Right now when I log in it starts me all over from the beginning. If I can't get my progress back please just delete me, I'm not starting over again.

If you still cannot get your progress back, then contact Player Support. They can manually restore your progress. You can contact Support directly from your device. Follow the steps described here ⬇️

I am 75 years old and enjoy this game. I'm not very familiar with computers and I don't always know where to go to find information. I've been playing this game for over 10 years and I've made a lot of progress I don't want to lose. I have 2 email addresses … and …. I mostly use the 07 address. I hope we can get my game back.

Click on “already have a King account” if you’re playing via King account, or click on the blue Facebook button if you play via Facebook account. If you don’t remember which email address you used, please try both.
