Hello, I have 2 accounts.
Account 1 has a sustainable winning streak but no rewards.
The situation of account 2 is exactly the same as yours.
It used to be 7-->15-->25-->50-->75-->100.
This week's situation is 10-->20-->50--> 100.
Our situation is the same.
The same thing happened to me on Saturday. I was in the middle of the episode race and at the finish I was supposed to collect a wonderball. I closed the game for a few minutes (I didn't log out, just closed the game). When I reopened the game (a maximum of 7 minutes had passed) the finish line was shifted by 10 levels and so was the wonderball. My teammates stayed the same and I won the race. In the past, an episode always started with a hard level for me. This is no longer the case and it started when the race was only introduced on Fridays with a timer of less than 2 days. Thank you for reporting the problem to our CM.
The Soda Race with timer has a glitch, therefore I have released a thread to remind other players, because I don't want other players lose 15 gold bars from this glitch.
You can log out your game only when the Soda Race is in progress. When you have finished the Rewards Pass, you have to refresh a new one by log out. But if you log out in the middle of a Rewards Pass, you must claim all rewards first, otherwise those unclaimed rewards will disappear.
Oh.. there are still some who has the better winning streak bonuses. Mine changed suddenly to now only giving me a ball at streak 10, 25, 50, and I think the next ball for the streak is at 100, since I have been around 90 in a streak, and still not gotten a new ball after the streak at 50. One time it told me I would get one at 75, but it didn't happen, and since then I haven't been told anything past a steak of 50, and I haven't reached a streak of 100 yet, so I don't know for sure.
I used to get a ball at 7, 15, 35, 50, 75, but like pretty much any other game I have/had, the booster/gold winnings (and weekly run-time) got heavily reduced after a time.
My Battula is the only game left of my activities games that is still like before, completely the same as it was at the beginning of the year and prior. I have 14 levels between a Legendary Ball, and 11 or 12 levels between the 2nd best ball.
I'm sorry to hear about the situation you and Amoonmoon are experiencing. I haven't encountered this problem with either of my 2 accounts today.

I didn’t log out, I was playing and suddenly the finish line of my Soda Race disappeared and moved 10 levels further. I always play per episode during Soda Race and Batula forces me. So I know where to find the wonderball; 13th level of Soda Race. First it was there, then it also moved 10 levels further 😔 My guess is, when I can play my Soda Race again (next Friday) I will be in the middle of the episode and I will probably lose the Race. Anyway, I will inform the CM about your issue. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Thanks for the info, we are all in a similar situation.
After I passed level 14 and got the legendary ball, if I wanted to get it again, I had to pass level 21.
When I collected it at level 22 I didn't play it again it wouldn't make sense to play 44 levels this is crazy but I hope it's a glitch and it gets stopped I'll try it next week at the ring race and see how it works

My situation is similar to yours. When I left the game and re-entered it, the progress of Batura disappeared. I can only play the game until I get the legendary ball and then leave.
By the way, when I pass level 14, I will get the legendary orb. And Amoonmoon must pass level 22. This is unfair.
Every player's situation is different.
My situation is: 1. Winning streak: 10, 20, 35, 50 = epic ball.
2. Batura:
Rare ball = pass 7 levels,
Epic ball = pass 11 levels, Legendary ball = pass 14 levels.
It's really unfair that your Batura needs to be level 22.
The first one resets the race level to zero. It happened to me and after that I did not try to do it during the race time of the episode.
As for the second, I don’t know why things have become so bad. Those who log out and back in usually have bad results. 🤔
This is not fair. Go back to level 1. 5 gold bars.
Look here my first account more I get a temporary bonus I get it on 10 and 20 but when I stop and come back I find it zero

I tested it and when I log out/log in it will cause:
1.Race level is reset to zero and returns to the first level (championship 5 gold bars).
2.The current collection number of Rewards Pass will be reset to zero.
I guess this is the situation after passing level 15.
It is completed after passing level 45.
The reward is a golden "epic ball"

My Race gold bars and winning streaks can be collected normally. The situation with Batura is that when I leave the game (I don't log out), it will clear the unfinished progress, but it's not a big problem.
I misjudged the situation, I thought there was an unlimited feeding mode, so I bought the 2H double, haha. In fact, there is only one kind of content in the illustrated book, and it can only be fed once.
