My Race gold bars and winning streaks can be collected normally. The situation with Batura is that when I leave the game (I don't log out), it will clear the unfinished progress, but it's not a big problem.

I tested it and when I log out/log in it will cause:

1.Race level is reset to zero and returns to the first level (championship 5 gold bars).

2.The current collection number of Rewards Pass will be reset to zero.

The first one resets the race level to zero. It happened to me and after that I did not try to do it during the race time of the episode.

As for the second, I don’t know why things have become so bad. Those who log out and back in usually have bad results. 🤔

This is not fair. Go back to level 1. 5 gold bars.

Every player's situation is different.

My situation is: 1. Winning streak: 10, 20, 35, 50 = epic ball.

2. Batura:

Rare ball = pass 7 levels,

Epic ball = pass 11 levels, Legendary ball = pass 14 levels.

It's really unfair that your Batura needs to be level 22.

My situation is similar to yours. When I left the game and re-entered it, the progress of Batura disappeared. I can only play the game until I get the legendary ball and then leave.

By the way, when I pass level 14, I will get the legendary orb. And Amoonmoon must pass level 22. This is unfair.

When I collected it at level 22 I didn't play it again it wouldn't make sense to play 44 levels this is crazy but I hope it's a glitch and it gets stopped I'll try it next week at the ring race and see how it works
