What doesn’t work? Is the ad not playing? Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

The chime banking ad takes you right to the website when you try to x out. There is 3 x's to get out of the ad and it takes you to the website every time. I have lost several boosters. I reported it last week and the moderator…not you..told me then just don't watch the ads. Really...how about fixing the ad. Thanks for your time.

Ah I’m sorry @nikkiflapjack1 Unfortunately, we have no information/control over advertisements and when an advertisement is malfunctioning. The advice we were told is my comment above.
If the malfunction persists, we can refer you to King Support where you can report the advertisement to the team.
