Omy!!! I have a new phone. I play Candy Crush everyday and all day. I am back on my level but all of my boosters have been reset to base. I had well of 40 of each booster. Especially since I have played and paid for these boosters. I am soooooo upset. I want all my boosters or my Money back or something...🤢

Hello, I know it doesn't seem fair at all not to have the boosters stored the same way as the levels. I wish the studio will do something about it. We are just players, what can we do?

@ipete Hi again, This is so mobile users can play the game offline, Problem would be reconnecting to the server when you were back on line would cause a lot of problems, but would be nice if a work around could be found.

When we uninstall the game or change the device all boosters got disappeared from game because its saved on your own storage not online anywhere.

For your purchased Boosters Please Contact Your in game support area.

Brahhhhhhhh! I'm so mad and sick right now. I play this game too much. I even paid for iCloud on my iPhone so I could save the game and retrieve as is. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮😑😰😰😥

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device!

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊 (Like @rajdeeptb has answered you)
