As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

There is a great contribution to Update BGH. You may not be there this time. Because the functions are not given to all players, the player groups are selected at random. Because there are test groups of players. I've never had the BGH.

This game is completely BS. I had bubblegum hill everyday, 7 days a week for about 8-10 months with no problems never didn’t get my rewards. And now it’s been 6 months since I’ve had it. They are saying it’s in testing but why would you give new players the game to test. They wouldn’t know any difference in the game. I believe I don’t have it anymore because I was up to 2,000+ lollipop hammers. And they were like he’s done beat it to many times, put him on the list of players not to give it to. That’s cool they aren’t getting my money now. And I was spending a good amount of money every week too. It’s there loss.

I have the same issue as @Yosca : when I'm logged on, I don't have BGH but when I'm not, I have it but it's useless 'cause I can't transfer my gains.

You can add me to the list of people who does not have BGH. In the past six months or so I have had it for one day and even that was several months ago. Frustrating. I have paid $5-10 a week for packs of gold/ lollipops but as of last week I am no longer paying for anything on this game. In addition to no BGH, I cannot get lives from my team and no one seems to be able to fix it.

There is a great contribution to the update from BGH. Please go there! Not all players have the event. Selected random groups of players are given for testing. You may not be there this time.

@cussimar Hi and welcome, Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, this will ensure you are getting all the features available to you. If you have not got BGh in your game after that then you are not in the test group at present but you could again be in the future. Hopefully you will see this feature soon
if you did not get it last week, then you are most likely not getting today. I was praying this week would be different....NOPE!

Still no BGH. Haven’t had it for months. I’ve already reached level 5410 so no more levels to play either. I wish that the control groups would change sometime. It always seems to be the same people who aren’t getting it. And long time players are the ones not getting it. There is no way for me to get gold bars except to buy them.

Why do I not have BGH?????
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
